Nick Barquin
Colliers International
Nick joined the CitySquash Junior Board in 2009. He is a Senior Director at Colliers International, where he works in the firm's New York office. In 2002, Nick received his B.A. from Trinity College, where he majored in Economics and Art History during the inception of Trinity's National Championship run. He earned an M.S. in Real Estate Development from Columbia University in 2006. Previously, he worked at Eastdil Secured as an Associate in the Real Estate Investment Banking Group and was a Principal at Spinnaker Partners LLC. Nick and his wife, Brooke, live in Manhattan, and mentor Diana Edwards.

Kelly Campelli
Kelly joined the CitySquash Junior Board in 2007. She has been involved with CitySquash as a mentor since 2005, and was named the Mentor of the Year in 2007. Kelly is a Vice President in the Human Capital Management Division at an investment bank and focuses on firmwide training in finance, markets, and products. Prior to joining Human Capital Management, Kelly worked in the Investment Banking Division’s Risk Markets Group. Kelly earned a B.A. in Mathematics from the University of Pennsylvania in 2001 and lives in Manhattan with her husband, Andrew.

Lauren joined the CitySquash Junior Board in 2008. Lauren graduated from Amherst College in 2006, where she was the captain of the Varsity Women's Squash team. Upon graduation, Lauren joined the Investment Banking Division at Lehman Brothers. Currently, Lauren is an Associate at Maverick Capital, working on the Investor Relations and Marketing Team. Lauren mentors CitySquasher Andreina Benedith.

Courtney Knowlton
East Harlem School
Courtney joined the CitySquash Junior Board in 2008, after spending two years as the program’s Director of Placement. During her time at CitySquash, she successfully placed twelve CitySquashers into private schools and learned how to play squash. She is a graduate of Amherst College, where she majored in English and Spanish, and is currently pursuing an MA in Educational Leadership, Advocacy, and Politics at NYU. She is now the Program Director at The East Harlem School, a private school for low-income students. Courtney lives in New York City, and spends her free time writing or training for local road races and triathlons.

Trey Kuppin

Trey joined the CitySquash Junior Board in 2007. He began volunteering in 2003 and was Mentor of the Year in 2006. Trey works as an analyst at Millennium Partners. Prior to Millennium, he worked for Banc of America Securities, Deloitte & Touche, and J.P. Morgan. Trey graduated from Washington & Lee University and lives in New York. He mentors CitySquashers Jose Alvarez and Michael Kelly.

Courtney Quick

Courtney joined the CitySquash Junior Board in 2007. She serves as a mentor and also was a Junior Co-Chair for 2008 Bash. Courtney earned a B.A. from Brown University in 2006 where she played on the Brown University Women's squash team. Courtney attended The Hotchkiss School where she played on the women's team with co-junior board member Franny McKay. Currently, Courtney is an Analyst at Neuberger Berman, working on the Client Development Team.

Javier Rodriguez

Javier joined the CitySquash Junior Board in 2008. He is a senior analyst at Aberdeen, a family office that invests primarily in emerging markets. In 2000, Javier received his B.A. from Princeton University, where he majored in Politics, minored in East Asian Studies and Latin American Studies, and enjoyed playing squash against Tim Wyant's Harvard squad. He earned an M.B.A. from Stanford University in 2005, after which he worked as an analyst at Select Equity Group. Previously, he worked at Goldman Sachs in the Investment Management Division. Javier and his wife, Francesca, live in Manhattan, where he continues to play squash against former college opponents.

Josh Schwartz

Josh joined the CitySquash Junior Board in 2008. Currently he is a principal of All Med Holdings, a developer of medical real estate. Previously he worked at the private equity firm Apollo Management and began his career in Citigroup's Consumer Investment Banking Group. He graduated from Yale College in 2005 with a B.A. in Economics and is currently enrolled part-time at the NYU Schack Institute of Real Estate earning his Masters in Real Estate Development. While at Yale, Josh was a member of the Men's Varsity Squash team for four years and was a Second-Team All-American. Josh currently mentors CitySquasher Felipe Pantle.

Marshall Sebring

Marshall joined the CitySquash Junior Board in 2010. He has worked at BlackRock, Inc. since 2001, where he is a Director and Fixed Income Portfolio Manager. Marshall earned a BA degree, magna cum laude, in History as well as a Certificate in Latin American Studies from Princeton University in 2001. While at Princeton, he was a four year varsity letter winner and two-time captain of the Men's Squash Team. Marshall has served as a volunteer for CitySquash since the organization's inception and is mentor to Angel Maldonado. Marshall grew up in Villanova, PA and currently lives in Manhattan.

Charlotte Steel
Booker T. Washington M.S. 54
Charlotte joined the CitySquash Junior Board in 2010. After teaching sixth-grade Math and advanced Calculus at the Bronx's Frederick Douglass Academy, Charlotte moved to Booker T. Washington's Middle School campus on the Upper West Side to continue teaching Math as well as Life Science. Charlotte is a New York City Teaching Fellow, simultaneously studying for her Master's in Middle School Mathematics at City College. She graduated from Brown University in 2009 with an A.B. in Political Science. At Brown, Charlotte captained the nationally-ranked Women's Varsity Squash team, earning the title of Academic All-Ivy Honoree in her senior year. Charlotte has been a tutor, mentor and volunteer coach for CitySquash since 2003.

Jeffrey Steiner
RFR Holding LLC
Jeffrey joined the CitySquash Junior Board in 2008. After receiving his B.A. from Tufts University in 1999, and J.D. from George Washington University Law School in 2002, Jeffrey worked as an associate in the real estate departments of Mayer Brown LLP and Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP. While at Weil, Jeffrey represented CitySquash on a pro bono basis, providing real estate counsel to the organization, assisting CitySquash in the early stages of achieving its goal of building its own athletic and academic facility in the Bronx, NY. Jeffrey left Weil in 2008 to become the Assistant General Counsel of RFR Holding LLC, a real estate development and property management firm with a global real estate portfolio, head-quartered in New York City. Jeffrey learned to play squash while at Tufts, and remains an enthusiast, regularly getting on the court before work.

Elizabeth Vadasdi

Elizabeth joined the CitySquash Junior Board in 2010. Currently a senior associate at Greenwich based private equity firm Catterton Partners, Elizabeth previously worked at Chilton Investment Company in New York. Prior to Chilton, Elizabeth worked at private equity firm Brentwood Associates in Los Angeles, and in the Private Equity Group at Goldman Sachs in New York. She graduated from Dartmouth College in 2003 with a B.A. in Economics, and earned an M.B.A. from Stanford University in 2009. While at Dartmouth, Elizabeth was a member of the Women's Varsity Squash team for four years. Elizabeth started volunteering with CitySquash in 2004.
