2002, more than two hundred students from Middle School 45 in the Bronx
have tried out for the thirty-two spots currently available on the academic
year team. The selection process lasted as long as two months and selections
were made on a variety of factors: attitude, work ethic, athletic ability,
enjoyment of squash, teacher references and academic standing. |
