Directions
When CitySquash holds practices at Fordham University, volunteers and guests should meet the team in front of Middle School 45. From north of the Bronx and from Manhattan both, the simplest way for many people to get to M.S. 45 is by Metro-North train, which is a five-minute walk to Middle School 45. On both the weekends and weekdays, Metro-North trains from Grand Central Terminal arrive at the Fordham Road station twice an hour. Metro-North trains from north of the Bronx also arrive at the Fordham Road train station twice an hour. Metro-North train schedules can be found at http://www.mta.info.

CitySquash's office is located just a few blocks from the meeting point at M.S. 45. If you need directions to the CitySquash office, follow the same directions as if you are going to M.S. 45, except pass Lorillard Place on your right, walk two blocks and take a right on Arthur Avenue. Then walk three blocks south until you get to 187th Street. CitySquash's office and learning center is at the intersection of Arthur and 187th Street, above Full Moon Pizza.

By Train
(5 minute walk from Fordham Road Metro-North Station)
Make sure to leave the main exit of the train station, and out of that exit take a left. Fordham's campus will immediately be on your left and you will be walking east. Walk on the sidewalk for about two hundred yards until you reach Bathgate Avenue. Take a right to cross the street. When you have crossed the street and you are at the other side of Fordham Road, take a left, crossing Bathgate Avenue, and walk about thirty yards ahead until you reach the next intersection. You will be at Lorillard Place, a White Castle will be in front of you: here you should take a right. The entrance to M.S. 45, a large red brick building, is about forty yards ahead on the left side of the street.
By Subway
(15 minute walk from Fordham Road B/D Line Station)
Take the Northeast exit out of the station. Make sure to leave the station exit that takes you out on the east side of Grand Concourse Road. Walk one block north to Fordham Road and take a right. You are now on Fordham Road, heading east. You will be walking on Fordham Road for slightly less than 10 minutes. Stay on the right side of the road. After fiveminutes or less you will pass a major intersection (Webster Avenue). Continue through the intersection and stay on Fordham Road. Immediately after passing the Webster Avenue intersection you will see Fordham University across the street on your left. Continue walking and three/four blocks later you will reach Lorillard Place on your right (a White Castle will be right there). Take a right on Lorillard Place and M.S. 45, a large red brick building, will be immediately on your left.
By Car
– From New England: Via I-95: Follow I-95 South to Exit 8C/Pelham Parkway West. Pass the exits to the Bronx River Parkway (the New York Botanical Garden will be on your right), and stay in the middle of the road. At the light go straight onto Fordham Road. After approximately six blocks you will see a White Castle restaurant on your left. Go just past the White Castle and take a left on Lorrillard Place. Middle School 45 will be on your left.
– From the George Washington Bridge: Off the bridge, take the exit for the Henry Hudson Parkway North (1st exit from the Bridge). Follow the Henry Hudson Pkwy North to Exit 24, Mosholu Parkway. Stay on the Mosholu Parkway to the end (the New York Botanical Garden will be in front of you). Take a right onto Southern Boulevard. After the third light you will pass Fordham University’s main entrance on the right. Get in the right lane and soon thereafter you will approach Fordham Road. Take a right on Fordham Road. After approximately six blocks you will see a White Castle restaurant on your left. Go just past the White Castle and take a left on Lorrillard Place. Middle School 45 will be on your left.
