As part of the Millennium Junior Open (Gold), December 12-14, 2008 in New York City, there was a special fundraiser titled Juniors 4 Juniors to benefit CitySquash.  Unlike most fundraisers that benefit urban squash programs, juniors organized and ran this event.  In addition to raising money, they helped promote awareness about urban squash among junior squash players.

Millennium Junior Open players who wanted to participate in Juniors 4 Juniors were asked to obtain a sponsor(s) to pledge to donate a sum of money to CitySquash for every game they won in the tournament.  There was also a "beat the pro" event, where each player who made a donation of at least $10 to CitySquash had the opportunity to play a game with a NYC pro and a chance to win prizes in the form of squash gear.
